1. Refund Window

Refunds are available for 60 days from the date of purchase.

After 60 days, no refunds are issued.

2. Refund Type

Refunds follow two pathways:

Option A — Performance Refund

A full refund is granted if:

  • You provide documented proof
  • You submit all required materials
Option B — Done-For-You Credit

If you prefer, you may apply the full purchase price as a credit toward:

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback violates these Terms and results in:

  • Loss of access
  • Forfeiture of refund eligibility
  • Legal and collections pursuit if necessary
